Based on the instructions you give us, we will come right to your door or lobby.

Our technician will ask you to place your phone in a plastic bag or box that can be left on the ground while standing at least six feet away from you.

We Complete the Repair

Our technician will repair your phone in the mobile repair center, with great detail, precision, and speed.

Your Phone is Sanitized

We strictly follow CDC guidelines and ensure that your phone will be properly sanitized.

06/

You Get Your Phone Back!

Your phone will be placed back in the bag or box that we received it in. (which we will also sanitize to the best of our ability)  We will leave this in front of your door, then maintain social distance while we wait for you to test the phone and make sure everything is working to your standards.
