Do you offer discounts for multiple devices?
Yes! We offer 20% off repairs of two or more phones. Be sure to give us to give us a call before booking your repair so we can apply the discount.
Do you repair water damaged phones?
Unfortunately not. Try sticking your phone in a bag of rice for a few hours, but if that fails, you're probably not going to be able to save it.
What is your warranty on repairs?
Our repairs have a 30 day warranty covering manufacturer defects in the screen. This does not cover damages caused before or after the repair.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Our technicians will wait up to 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If you do not answer the door or phone number that has been provided to us after this time, iPlace reserves the right to charge a no-call cancellation fee on behalf of our technicians wasted time, and only issue a partial refund.
What happens if I need to cancel my repair?
No worries, we totally understand. Just give us a call. If an appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, there is no charge and you will be issued a full refund. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of said scheduled appointment, you will recieve a 90% refund. Rescheduling a repair is free as long as it is done within five hours of the appointment.
Do you repair iPads and Android devices?

What kind of parts do you use?
We use only high qualaity Grade A+ aftermarket parts. Over the years we have found the best vendors out there, and are very selective of who we purchase from.
